Pack your items. Remember to remove the old shipping label.
2. Ship
You can do this at a drop-off point near you. You will need to create and pay your own return label and the package can be send to:

3. Refund
After receiving it in our warehouse, the amount will be refunded within a few working days.
Please consider the following points when returning an item:
1. Returns should be submitted within 14 days after the order date.
2. You are responsible for your return shipment and the costs. You can insure your package.
3. Keep all labels and tags attached to the item.
4. Place the item in a box or sturdy packaging.
5. Place the return label clearly visible on the box.
