By judgement of 15 July 2025 the district court of Noord-Nederland, location Alkmaar, declared the bankruptcy of the private companies with limited liability BALR B.V. (“BALR”), BALR Retail B.V. (“Retail”) and BALR Stores B.V. (“Stores”) (hereinafter jointly referred to as: the “Company”), having their registered offices in Alkmaar and their place of business in (1013 BC) Amsterdam at Rigakade 20, registered in the trade register of the Chamber of Commerce under number 57910960 and 70207143 and 66919924 respectively, with the appointment of mr. C.H. Rombouts as supervisory judge (“Supervisory Judge”) and the appointment of mr. L.E. van Leeuwen as bankruptcy trustee (“Bankruptcy Trustee”).
